ASSSSCAT, the Upright Citizens Brigade's improv juggernaut that has played to critical acclaim and sold out audiences in New York City for the past ten years, has landed in Los Angeles.  So what exactly is ASSSSCAT?  Well, it starts with a group of improv comedians currently working in film and television taking the stage accompanied by a special guest monologist. Some guest monologists are talented celebrities, others are screwed up weirdos.  Either way, they usually have great stories to tell.  We take a suggestion from the audience, then the show begins.  The special guest shares off-the-cuff thoughts, feelings, and personal remembrances inspired by the suggestion.  The improvisers in turn use this impromptu monologue as fodder for a series of high octane, balls-to-the-wall improvised sketches that have made this show one of the longest running improv shows in the history of the world.

Featuring a rotating cast of: Matt Besser, Ian Roberts, Matt Walsh, Sean Conroy, Andrew Daly, Lauren Lapkus, Joe Wengert and Zach Woods, plus special guest improvisers and monologist.

On sunday evening, I went to the theater with friends. Because Angela, my friend, thought I will leave soon, she decided to take me and other friends, who will also leave soon, to see comedy show. It was very very awesome. Actually I felt tired of going outside, but I cannot refuse the friend's kindness. Then we went there together. The theater sometimes provides free tickets to see the show, and if people want to be free seeing the show, they need to go there early. No doubtly, the show is popular and famous, so you can imagine that there will be a long line to wait.

From the comedy name, ASSSSCAT, I didn't get any information about the comedy show. At first, two of casts provided one box of gift to one audience. They would ask if someone want to take the challenge. The challenge is to ask all audiences one question, and if audiences did what the question said, they raised thier hands. The casts will give a number before asking question, and if audiences who raised their hands is close or the same as the mumber, the audience who accepted the challenge won. The two casts also made some fun with the question or the audiences, and they really did warming up very well.

And the show would start. The random topics and the reaction immediately made the comedy show very impressive. After seeing the show, we still discussed the whole show all time. Pretty amazing. I thought it was better than many things in LA, so I recommended the comedy show. People can get many fun here. Although sometimes I missed some hint, most time I felt so happy. By the way, although the theater provides free tickets, audiences who saw the show still gave some tips for the show. I really like the show, if I live here, I think I will spend much time here.
