It is really simply recipe. YA!

----

The ingredients are salt, animal butter, and corn.

The following is the procedure.

1. Remove husks and silk, clean corns, and sprikle some salt. (This step is to ensure the corns taste salty, just in case. If using salted animal butter, just jump the step)

2. Place each on a piece of foil, and spread some animal butter. ( Actually I just put a slice of butter instead of spreading butter)

3. Wrap the foil, twisting ends of foil to secure.

4. Place corns on center rack of oven and roast them at 475°F for 30 minutes, and then turn corns over, roasting at 350°F for 15 minutes.

----

Corns cooked by the oven taste juicy and sweet, but if roast corns on the grill, the smokey corn husks impart a wonderful flavor to the corn as well. I saw many recipes recommend to roast corns on the grill. (Of course, with their husk) That is why they called "Grilled corn-on-the-cob." Interseting!

Recenly, I wonder that if I try to cook by English recipes, my english will be better or not. That is a way to push myself to read English.
