I haven't gone to the natural history museum before. Because they celebrate the 100th anniversary and provide free ticket, I went to the museum on November 5. They open dinosaur hall for visitors. Actually I am not interseted in dinosaur, but I still think the exhibitions are very nice. That is why I always think the best way for children to learn is to visit the museum, not only to read the books. I also surprise that scientists made their mind to accomplish the work. It is lots of work, and sometimes they cannot find any inspiring thing. Great work they made.

The other thing to celebrate 100th anniversary is water. As the museum announced, they also present some paintings about water in LA. To my astonishment, water which we drink in LA comes from mono lake, which has the distance of 233 miles from LA. The project improved people's lives in LA. I cannot imagine how it would be if there is no water in LA. Maybe people don't want to visit LA or live in LA. The intersesting thind is one painting. It presents the speech which held at the opening of the water work in 1913. The speech was famous as the shortest speech. Totally one sentence.

There is it. Take it. Very simple, but strong. The museum also gives the souvenirs to visitors which visit the museum on November 5 or November 6. The souvenir is very cute. And my friend's friend says she wants to pour some wine into the bottle. I think I will keep the original style to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the museum and the water work.

I visited one hall on November 5 night. I will visit the museum again in the future. It is really fantastic. Thanks to staying in LA for few months, I have ttime and opportunity to join the banquet. I am glad that I can taste other features of LA.
